slow service annoying request
The room was clean. Housekeeping did a fine job.
I had difficulty getting service by the pool. The waiters were slow to come around, and asking for a bottle of water was like a chore! I was like I was bothering them when I requested drinks. It was really annoying.

the breakfast buffet was good. quality and variety WAS praiseworthy. ahmad atef, ahmed ali, and alaa at the beach and the bar were mind readers.
arriving WAS hard work. there was no entertainment around the pool and no music evening. getting a drink required signing the receipt and presenting my card.

i found the private beach access so serene, perfect for peaceful moments. my room, a junior suite, featured a jacuzzi, a good addition. the complimentary airport transfers were a lovely touch, smooth. discounts at the soho square restaurants made dining out a joy for us.

i enjoyed the benefit of using all facilities at the larger family hotel. soho square is right outside the hotel. shopping was relaxed and very friendly there. all pool, lobby and beach staff were fantastic
it was quite a wait to get the room keys upon arrival

savoy stay was fab
a la carte dinners fresh juices clean room helpful staff
dinners felt special with a la carte choices, the steak house became my favorite. breakfast provided a big variety, there was fresh juices and croissants, also eggs benedict. the room was very clean, big and had a beautiful pool view. the staff were very helpful, specially violet at guest relations and the beach team.
The drink ordering system after checkout was difficult. I felt a lack of attentiveness when needing refreshments.

cuisine highlight afternoon treat attentive team
I loved the easy access to restaurants at soho square. Trying different cuisines each night killed it! my family really enjoyed the daily afternoon tea treats. the private beach area was fantastic. The team there was attentive and kind.
The service, especially getting drinks, sometimes seemed like hard work. Waiters were busy.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. My room included a large balcony, i loved the marble bathroom. the beds were massive and very comfortable. a fridge stocked with drinks, a kettle. tea and coffee made it so easy.

the pools were great with three to choose from, and very clean. lifeguards were helpful in setting up sunbeds and bringing drinks. the beach was a short walk through the garden, with beautiful sand and a warm sea full of fish.

The tirana buffet provided the best hotel buffet i have ever had. The variety and quality were really good. there was lots of choice in the buffet and i had breakfast here daily. the choice of a la carte restaurants was good, so tasty.

staff in the restaurants, especially rosmarino and the safari bar, were friendly and helpful. the man who cleaned our room made pretty designs with towels and flower petals. alexandria on guest relations was really helpful it was great.

clean room best omelet attentive service
I arrived and the airport transfer was seamless. my room was so clean (it seemed brand new!). samir made the best omelet every morning. Basem remembered my drink order each day. it was great!
